Description of offering

Advaco performs all types of web based surveys. Some examples:

• employee surveys,
• exit/entry surveys for employees
• annual customer satisfaction measurements,
• continuous satisfaction measurements, e g for service organisations.

By using Internet we can make very cost efficient surveys. We have ten years experience of web based surveys and base our surveys on the market leading software Confirmit.

By using the advanced scripting possibilities in Confirmit the surveys can be designed to meet to the customers' specification. For example surveys can be adapted to the available background data about the respondents, answers can be validated or feedback to the customer organisation can be sent automatically from Confirmit.

User friendly and personalised reporting

Making the result available in a user friendly way is one of our main focuses. Graphics are used in a wide extent. For example an xy-plot is used in our standard concept for customer satisfaction measurements where you get an overview over the customers’ values, priorities and your market position.

For larger employee surveys we use the possibilities in Confirmit to personalise the reports. After login in the portal Reportal, each manager will automatically see the result only for his or hers own organisational unit.
