Description of company
aStrategi was established in 1993 by Stig Alfbecker, and is a full-service consultancy/research agency specialising in corporate strategy and organisational development. aStrategi's strategic advise is based on employee and client research. We serve multinational clients with multilingual and truly global surveys in large bespoke projects, as well as smaller clients who rely on our packaged products. Many of our surveys rely on careful management of our clients' employee or client address registers, which is why the highest ethical standards in respondent management is key in everything we do.
We have been using Confirmit since 2007 and use it throughout our operations. We furthermore establish partnerships with other suitable experienced Confirmit using companies, in order to merge survey results and thus establish the best foundation for our strategy analyses. Merging data results in new exciting analysis opportunities, and substantially decrease traditional research limits. We are based in the middle of Scandinavia: in Gothenburg, Sweden, and have 10 people employed. Among our clients are global logistics companies, leading Nordic automotive parts wholesellers and leading Swedish retailers.
Description of services
Products and services based on the Confirmit platform:
- Surveys: employee satisfaction, client satisfaction, employer branding, internal services satisfaction, etc. Three-tier system to optimize respondent experience: multilinguality -experience of up to 20 different languages per project; exquisite use of respondent background data fetched from client CRM and employee systems, and advanced skip logics.
- Reports (aPortals), based on the Confirmit Reportal platform. Scripting used to extend end-user experience beyond what is offered in Confirmit's base-case offering.
We deliver needs analysis, conceptual advise, questionnaire authoring, translation management, survey deployment, reporting, analysis and actionable advise on how to act on survey results in order to realise the organisation's full potential. All deliverables are being customised to client needs by our highly trained and motivated professional staff.

- Web-based data collection
- Construction of dynamic and interactive reports (aPortal)
- Use of hierarchical reports to limit constituencies' access to collected data
- Multiple Source Databases: data collected by aStrategi is joined with benchmark projects
- Possibility for clients to tailor their own aPortal-based reports, for export to PPT or PDF
