Aurora Market Research employs market research professionals to use Confirmit. This means we can offer our clients direct contact with staff who are not only experienced researchers but also experts in using all aspects of Confirmit.

The benefit of this to our clients is that it allows us offer a full range of market research and Confirmit services.

For example, we can offer a full-service approach where we manage a project from an initial briefing meeting right through to a management debrief of results or, alternatively, we can offer any of the following elements:

Research Consultancy Services

Research consultancy services for clients regardless of whether they hold a Confirmit licence. This includes:

• Full advice on questionnaire design to ensure a project works online and full reporting options
• Confirmit scripting services including Macromedia Flash plug-ins
• Importing data into Confirmit from other data sources (for example analysis of mixed mode methodologies)
• Data tabulations, including interactive tables, charting and reporting via Confirmit Reportal
• Interactive data tabulations, charting and reporting via Confirmit Reportal
• Data coding and manipulation for export into other data formats such as SPSS/ Triple-S/ ASCII and Excel
• Analysis, interpretation and reporting of market research reports

Customer Surveys

We can manage customer surveys in two ways:

1. Independent Customer Surveys - independent and non-attributable surveys from a customer list provided by our client or placed on a client's website
2. Customer Feedback Programs – these ask respondents for permission to be recontacted by our client. This gives us the ability to flag and send an automated email alert to our clients identifying, for example, very dissatisfied customers or warm-leads suitable for potential marketing activity. Surveys using Online Panels (where we supply the sample)

We manage our own online panel, as well as having agreements with approved panel partners. This enables us to provide you with appropriate sample, for example, nationally representative of the UK population, International sample, or sample that meets other specific criteria (i.e. low penetration sample).
