Our key solution, respond, is a network based automated interviewing system, based on the latest IVR technology.

Since its inception, interplay have had a network based strategy. That is to offer applications on an ‘as needed’ basis, over the network. There is no need for a client to install or purchase software or hardware, negating the need for capital expenditure.

Our solution enables our clients to execute a centrally managed, scaleable and cost effective interviewing strategy through the most ubiquitous of media – the telephone.

Our architecture allows for the service to be deployed in multiple countries, with multiple languages - with results delivered in real time to a single analysis package.

The respondent is invited to take part in a customer satisfaction survey or recruited by CATI interviewer/contact-centre agent. The respondent is asked the automated pre-defined questions, and uses the telephone keypad to record their answers. There is also the option to leave open-ended responses – literally capturing the voice of the customer.

Our solution compares very favourably with traditional survey methods. The natural language benefits of a person-person interview are maintained (and improved upon, as research shows an increased openness when responding to automated questions). However, unlike person-person interviewing, respond benefits from the cost effectiveness and scalability of internet surveys. With the added benefit of a real-time analysis portal, integrated by our industry leading partner, Pulse Train (a Confirmit company), respond  is a truly unique offering to the market.

The services which we offer are often mision critical and as a result we must show high levels of service availability. Our applications are housed in a state of the art, Tier 1 data centre. As well as telecommunications and environmental availability, we also build redundancy into every solution.
