Established in 1998, the firm is represented throughout Scandinavia and has a customer base of 100+ customers among major private and public institutions, and more than 60,000 users have replied to one of our web survey questionnaires.
We are domiciled in Silkeborg, Denmark, and Stockholm, Sweden, and are represented by Business Partners in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the UK.

The IT, Project, and Outsourcing Benchmark analyses comprise the three part analyses listed below, which together provide an overview of your enterprise's total IT usage. The Sprint and Service Desk Surveys are based on a user survey. All analyses are performed using Confirmit’s platform.
a) The cost profile
identifies the enterprise’s operating and capital costs for IT as well as hidden costs, e.g. unnecessary duplication and unacceptable response times.
b) The complexity profile
describes the enterprise’s IT in relation to a number of key issues, e.g. rules and procedures, security requirements, standardisation, strategy, and support and service level.
c) The user survey
discloses the users’ assessment of IT in relation to a number of key issues, e.g. operational experience, service and support levels, assignment support, and user competence.
These part analyses allow IT Optima to reply to, among others, the following questions:
- Are you certain that your IT systems support your enterprise's processes efficiently, ensuring minimum waste of time?
