Louis Allen Worldwide offers a wide range of both standardized and customized surveys for assessing organization and individual effectiveness, using self-report, opinion, and 360 degree methods. We work with large organizations and small. We can conduct a 7 person team effectiveness survey as well as a multi-language survey for 17,000+ employees across several countries as we did recently. We can be your entire "survey back office."
And, we can be as much of your "front office," if desired, as well, because we can deliver consulting services related to those surveys through both global and local resources. We have local resources in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Asia Pacific, and Australia. Our staff have PhD's in various disciplines and substantial survey development, administration, and analysis experience.
Because we use Confirmit as our technology backbone, we can offer surveys of any size, type, and language around the world. And we can support paper surveys as needed to supplement on-line delivery and reporting.
Our standard surveys cover such topics as: employee engagement, strategy-culture fit, organization alignment, organization effectiveness, communications effectiveness, team and project effectiveness, change readiness and capability, leadership effectiveness, management effectiveness, and individual performer effectiveness. We can develop customized surveys on a broad range of organization, management and human resources issues. We have developed a number of "dashboard" tools that provide management with monthly assessments of attitudes and conditions in organizations without causing "survey burnout" among personnel.
We are the primary partner with Zenger-Folkman for delivery of "Extraordinary Leader" (and "Extraordinary Performer") surveys and programs outside the US. We can deliver Extraordinary Leader and Performer programs and surveys inside the US as well.
