Pacific is an independent, nationally-known market research data collection firm, offering both telephone and online data collection.
Our state-of-the-art West Coast phone center is among the largest in the Northwest, and utilizes CfMC software, remote monitoring and predictive dialing capabilities. 25% of our work is conducted in Spanish, using only bilingual interviewers, and we offer Asian-language interviewing as well. We also handle focus group recruiting nationwide.
For online data collection we use Confirmit, and have strong relationships with multiple panel providers. Our strengths: honest communication, competitive pricing and responsive project management.
Description of offering
Pacific has an excellent track record handling web survey projects for our clients. Our programming and web project management experience, as well as our sophisticated quality control protocols, allow us to handle even the most complex web survey projects, including mixed methodology (phone to web) projects. For some clients, we program only, and place the program in to their Confirmit license, some clients prefer us to host, and finally, there are those clients who ask us to handle panel sample acquisition as well as programming and hosting.
And while Confirmit has excellent reporting capabilities, a report is no substitute for good old fashioned human review. Our project managers look at our online reports daily, and regularly communicate their concerns and overall progress with our clients. Further, we build multiple measures in to each survey to catch undesirable respondents, so that our clients can feel confident abou the data they are receiving.
