Scandinavian Leadership was established in 1985 by Professor Willi Railo. We are a specialised consulting company in the area of organisational development. Main services are Strategy and goal deployment, Leadership coaching, Leadership development programmes, and Measurement services (surveys and analysis)..

We are based in Oslo and Copenhagen. We have 11 people employed.

We have been using Confirmit since 1999 and currently have 5 Confirmit users.

Description of offering

Products on Confirmit platform:

  • Organisation surveys (employee satisfaction, climate analysis, values implementation)
  • Customer relations surveys (loyalty, satisfaction, branding)
  • Leadership surveys (leaders style index, 360 degree evalution)

We deliver survey content, execution, reporting and analysis. We deliver management consulting based on survey results. All deliverables are being customised to client needs.

Confirmit specific services:

  • Web and paper data gathering of survey questionnaires
  • Gathering background data on respondents/Mapping hierarchies (Using Confirmit WebServices and Confirmit API's)
  • Answer rate reporting
  • Coding and reporting of written comments/text (Confirmit in conjunction with Ascribe Software)
  • Report on lndividual respondents
  • Dynamic web reporting
  • PDF or printed reporting
  • Benchmark reporting
  • Follow-up on activities (Confirmit Reportal in conjunction with Symphonical software)

We are also using Confirmit Kiosk, Confirmit Translator, and Confirmit Questionnaire Reviewer.

We work with global surveys sizing more than 35 languages, 40.000 respondents, 10.000 reports.
