SJP A/S is a management consulting company with about 30 employees. We offer management consulting to organisations with the purpose of improving the profitability significantly. This applies to the private sector as well as the public sector.
We especially focus on creating increased profitability through the correlations between leadership quality, employee loyalty, customer loyalty and the bottom line. In other words we use a holistic mindset and overall methodology.
Code words for our approach to any project is ensuring involvement in the organisation, as we believe this to be one of the fundamental pillars for implementing behavioural changes and securing continuously anchoring in an organisation.
Our customer portfolio includes both large international companies (e.g. Danfoss, VELUX, Vestas, Novozymes, Carl Bro, Coloplast, Lundbeck and Alfa Laval) and local national companies (e.g. De Gule Sider, Politiken, Enemærke & Petersen, Lalandia and NRGi).
The Confederation of Danish Industries and Danish Management Board have awarded SJP A/S the Annual Consultancy Award 2006 in the category Sales and customer loyalty. The prize were awarded for successful and effective co-operation with Falck Securitas Vagt. Lately, in 2007 we have won a consultancy award in the category "Organisational and leadership development." for a successful and effective implementation process with Thomas Cook Airlines - taking departure in the knowledge gained from employee surveys.
