With a large staff of multilingual project directors and programmers trained to use Confimit's online survey and reporting software, Universal offers design, implementation, programming, launching, and reporting of web surveys. Universal can provide respondents via established panel partners or recruit hard to reach audiences via our 300 seat phone facility.
